Mary Poppins Jr. Parent Checklist

✅ Submit Bio Info for Playbill 

• Fill out and submit your child’s bio information by February 7.

• Follow the provided format (word count, fun facts, etc.).

✅ Look Over Playbill Ad & Sponsorship Options

• Sponsorship commitments are due by February 14 to be included on the t-shirt.

• All artwork for Playbill ads must be submitted by February 28.

• Review available ad sizes and pricing for family shout-outs or business sponsorships.

• Submit ad details and payment before the deadlines.

✅ Find or Purchase Costume Items 

• Check the provided costume list for required items.

• Purchase or source any needed pieces and turn them in to the Fine Arts department by Saturday March 1.

• Label all items with your child’s name.

✅ Attend Parent Meetings, Saturday rehearsals & Stay Updated

• Mark your calendar for any scheduled parent meetings. March 1 at 12:15. 

• Regularly check emails or group messages for important updates.

✅ Volunteer for Production Needs (Optional but very needed and appreciated!)

• Help with set building, costumes, ticket sales, backstage assistance, etc.

• Sign up for a volunteer role that fits your schedule.

• Volunteer checklists will be released in a few weeks, so please keep an eye out for those!

• More volunteer opportunities will be available during show week, including help with dressing rooms, backstage support, meals, ticketing, concessions and more!

• Friday, April 4, 2025

• Saturday, April 5, 2025

• Call times, dress rehearsals, and additional commitments will be communicated.
